Strict Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – No Refusal Allowed

To ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience, we have a strict Cash on Delivery (COD) policy in place. By placing a COD order, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Order Cancellations or Refusals

• Once a COD order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Customers are required to accept the package upon delivery.
• Refusal to accept the order may result in a permanent ban from future COD purchases and may affect your ability to place orders with us in the future.

2. Commitment to Payment

• The full amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
• Our delivery personnel do not carry change, so please prepare the exact amount.

3. Delivery Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure they are available at the provided address at the time of delivery.
• If unavailable, you may authorize someone else (family member, neighbor, etc.) to receive and pay for the order on your behalf.
• Multiple failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may lead to order cancellation and restrictions on future orders.

4. Legal Action for Fraudulent Orders

• Placing fake orders, refusing delivery without valid reasons, or providing false addresses may be considered fraud. We reserve the right to take legal action and blacklist such customers from making future purchases.

5. Returns & Refunds

• COD orders are eligible for return/exchange only in the case of defective or incorrect items.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through bank transfer or store credit—no cash refunds.

Delivery Schedule – Flash Express Courier

We process and ship all orders via Flash Express, with the following estimated delivery timeframes:

 Metro Manila – 1 day
 Luzon (outside Metro Manila) – 1 to 2 days
 Visayas – 3 to 5 days
 Mindanao – 3 to 5 days
 Island/Remote Areas – 1 to 2 weeks

• No specific delivery time is guaranteed. Deliveries will take place within standard courier operating hours.
• Customers must ensure availability at the provided address to receive the package. If unavailable, someone must be authorized to receive the order.
• Refusal to accept the package is strictly not allowed. Customers who refuse delivery may be blacklisted from future COD purchases.
