  3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.

  4. Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we ship within the Philippines only.

  5. How long does shipping take?

    • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days

    • Provincial Areas: 3-7 business days

  6. How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

  7. What is your return and exchange policy? We accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
