Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You contacted us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos as proof.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for items due to change of mind, sizing issues, or minor variations (e.g., color differences due to lighting or screen settings).
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email or message us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Refund Method
Once approved, refunds will be issued through:
- Bank transfer
- E-wallet (GCash, PayMaya, etc.)
Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Items bought during sale or promo periods.
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- Delay in delivery caused by courier services (delivery timelines are estimates only).
- Return Shipping
If a return is necessary, return shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
